So that’s a lot to say…2013 NPC East Coast Championships Mens Physique Overall Champion…but what it means is that this fitness competitor is a champion in his field and we are celebrating his world in this photo story.
Chris “The Ab Show” White is the sweetest guy. He greets you with a warm hug and a beautiful big smile. He welcomed us into his home and favorite gym (Retro Fitness in Matawan, NJ) to get a peek into his world.
His world is one big exercise (no pun intended) in discipline. You have to have a good grip on your priorities and your goals to succeed in his field. It’s a job. He works at eating right and he works at training right. He is serious about what he does and his industry agrees, it’s paying off. This guy is a champion.
